As adults, it can be so easy to lose our sense of playfulness, especially when it comes to creativity.
Join play expert and internationally celebrated fibre artist Fleur Woods for two days of playful exploration into thread, textiles and mixed media.
Paint linen, colour your own threads, stitch, embellish and create your own contemporary slow stitched artwork or sampler.
The main goal of this workshop is for Fleur to guide you through fun, experimental activities so you can find joy in the process through experimentation.
Fleur's teaching style is relaxed, kind and encouraging. She will generously share her knowledge, inspiration and materials with you. This workshop welcomes all experience levels; no prior knowledge or materials are needed.
This is an opportunity for you to gift yourself time to learn new approaches and create a sense of freedom in your making.
All materials are supplied with plenty to take home and continue creating. Fleur will curate a beautiful colour palette and supplies for the workshop. If you are keen to use specific colours or materials, you are welcome to bring them.
$800 includes all materials, tuition, morning tea and lunch
