We will collage flowers, birds, bugs, beetles, vintage belles and more fuzzy retro run into quirky characters!
This workshop is perfect for you if:
you are curious about collage but haven’t known where to start
you would like to learn how to layer different collage materials for great results
you want to get creative and quirky and playful and fun
you have no experience at all OR you have many years of a creative practice - everyone takes this class to their own level.
What to expect:
Guided exercises - Rachel, a Southern Highlands based artist and art teacher, will demonstrate and guide you through a series of collage exercises designed to give you ideas and parameters alongside creative freedom.
Stacks of vintage magazines, encyclopaedias, old gardening books and paper paraphernalia.
Like minded creatives - Creating can be a solitary and lonely venture sometimes so it is wonderful to surround yourself with other like minded, creative souls.
Delicious refreshments - Morning tea and lunch are provided!
